PT Mixonasia provides lamina/face-gluing equipments for most existing adhesives, 1-, 2- and 3 components liquid adhesives. Our palette of products, range from more simple low cost to the most high-tech equipments available.
We provide high quality, cost effective yet easy operated and low maintained gluing equipments.
Examples for what we provides:
- Equipments for both 1-, 2- and 3-component adhesives are included in our program.
- Equipments for single and double lamina conveyors.
- Gluing at conveyor speed of up to 350m/min, for single laminas.
- Application width of up to 280mm and in principle eternally long laminas.
- For linear laminas and fixed applicator or “floating” applicator guided by the lamina.
- Capacities of adhesive application of up to 15 kg/min.
Generally the gluing equipments use the matrix application method that proved to be the best and most reliable method for the application. The dosage is made by means piston displacement pumps and the powering of the dosage pumps is made by means pneumatic, electro-mechanic or hydraulic motors. In cases were piston pumps can’t be used we also possess the technology of other pumping techniques.
For 2- and 3-component adhesives the mixing is performed by static mixer technology which gives a reliable, low maintained operation as well as a simple and fast cleaning process.
Tapflo are now launching the first 
membrane pump in the company’s new aseptic series. The series will be available in three sizes for sterile applications in primarily the pharmaceuticals, bio-technology and foodstuffs industries. Owing to its special design this is the first Tapflo series to be approved according to EHEDG regulations.
