FJ 2000P/E - EPI,

technically smart and reliable gluing equipments based on intermittent application technology for finger- joint gluing.

The FJ 2000P and E models, with various levels of automations, will meet every need and can support every package finger-joint machine, no matter technical level, cutting profile or gluing rate.

Generally

The finger-joint application needs to be installed in existing finger-joint equipment.
Adhesive is applied in the cut profile of the lamina when passing through the gluing applicator. The start/stop functions are operated by means an optic sensor that detects the lamina entering and depart the applicator.
The PLC system operates the on/off to optimize the impact and avoid spillage.

The FJ 2000 series have different PLC system from more simple, although with all basic functions, with a 2,5” monochrome display to very advanced system equipped with a 7” full color touch screen display and all information possible displayed.
It even has the full manual in the screen with automatic pop up alarm- information to guide the operator.

These gluing equipments use single acting plunger piston displacement pumps for the dosage of adhesive and hardener to deliver a correct dosage amount. Dosage by plunger pumps means NO parts with less glue, as with double acting reciprocating pumps.

Production security

The dosage control system, supervise the working pressure of resin and hardener during application.
If there are any irregularities as ex., hardener container empty, dirty mixing system etc, it will be detected and the dosage control system will inform the operator by means a flash light on the panel. This system meets all demands from controlling institutes as MPA, NTI, KOMO etc.

Manual dosage control is also available.

The automatic purge time control will keep track on how long time since adhesive was mixed last time.
To avoid mixed adhesive from curing in the mixer system it will automatically purge adhesive out. The time control as well as the purge time can be set to suite your adhesive and conditions.

Resin and hardener are delivered to the dosage unit by means hoses from the original containers of the adhesive supplier. The design of the air inlet
(air compensation) to the ISO-hardener tank is equipped with a moisture block to eliminate the influence of moisture by means a totally dry system.
The outlet is equipped with a fine filter to provide a clean fluid quality, even if there are crystals in the liquid.

Mixing of adhesive and hardener is performed by Mixonasia's new in-line static mixer technology with extremely small amount of mixed adhesive in the system. A reliable, low maintained operation with simple and fast cleaning process without any water or other cleaning liquid.
